Stories of Changed Lives

Daiselys was born in a prison – her mother serving a second sentence, her father an alcoholic. A troubled student, she seriously hurt a boy’s arm and cut another in the ankle with a knife. SowingSeedsLives

Then one day, a miracle happened. Daiselys was given a little book. She read the story of Daniel, but what intrigued her was the idea of a “good” father. She wondered, “Who would this be?”

She began to search for this Good Father. Slowly, she poured out her sad and lonely heart. Daiselys prayed and God heard her prayer. Her prayer didn’t change her situation – but it changed her life. “Nobody can separate me from Jesus,” she insists, “because when my family left me, only God helped me. He opened His arms to me and has given me all the joy that I have. I do not want to lose it.”

One faithful Christian sowed the very first seed of change in Daiselys’ life.
